  • Cancellations and Returns

    Cancellations

    At Design on Stock, we stock all of the key raw materials for our designs. Normally, we start work within 48 hours of receiving your order, therefore cancellations are very expensive after this point. Please contact us immediately should you need to cancel at 425-412-2518 and we will work to minimize your cancellation fee.

    Returns

    Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise which we are unable to replace. Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you until we both agree that things are right.

    When your furniture arrives - be sure to inspect your new furniture before the delivery team leaves. If there is any damage, note "item damaged" on the shipping paperwork, and contact us immediately at (425) 218-6443. (In most cases, we only have 48 hours in order to help you file a freight claim with the shipping company).

  • Exchanges

    Sometimes, the furniture you've selected just doesn't have the desired effect in your living room; perhaps it's the color or the texture, or it just doesn't fit your space as you hoped. It has happened to us as well, and the last thing we want you to do is be stuck with something you don't love.

    Should you decide to exchange your furniture, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery and we'll help you with the details. You can then make a similar choice from our collection. We'll credit the price of the item you are returning against the price of the replacement, plus a 25% exchange fee. You'll be responsible to pay all freight costs, on both the return and the replacement item. If you think this is an option you will consider, please retain all original packaging as you'll need to prepare the return for the trip back to our location.

    Your replacement item will be started once we have received the original item in good condition.
