    It can be really difficult to make the right choice without trying it out at home first. This is why Design on Stock provides a unique service. If you are not entirely happy with your choice of furniture, exchanging it is not a problem.

  • Will it Fit?

    It can be very exciting to order your new furniture, so please take care to select something that will fit into your place. (Don't forget the doorways, stairs and sharp corners!) Luckily, in Holland we have many tight spaces as well, so our collection is designed so that it can fit through those narrow spots. We have provided dimensions that represent the maximum size for each item at it's biggest point once it is placed in you room of choice. (Please note that the legs can be removed to ease delivery.)

    Before you place your order, feel free to contact us and we can help you size things up.

  • Order online

    The Design on Stock collection may be viewed in person at our showroom near Seattle, but may only be purchased through our website. This allows us to minimize transaction and distribution costs and stay true to our calling of "affordable top design".

    The moment you confirm your order with us, you set in motion a flurry of building activity on 2 continents!

  • Payment and Shipping


    Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

    We start work on your furniture shortly after receiving your order, therefore your credit card will be charged at that point for the full cost of your order plus shipping and tax if applicable.


    We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO shipping addresses. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at info@designonstockusa.com.

    We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our facilities to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your planned order ship date, please feel free to follow up with us at orders@designonstockusa.com.

  • Warranty

    warranty conditions 

    All the materials used by Design on Stock are selected with the greatest of care to ensure the products in our collection are of the highest possible quality. Our team of professionals manufacture each item with an attention to detail uncommon in the world today.

    However, if despite all of our efforts, your furniture should possess defects in materials or workmanship, you can count on our commitment to your complete satisfaction.

    how does our warranty work? 

    The start date for the warranty is the date that your furniture arrives to your home or office. For furniture that is defective within a year of purchase, we will propose a solution free of charge. This concerns wear or faults that cannot be attributed to normal use.

    Our extended warranty service that is provided after this year is based on the schedule shown below.

    1 to 2 years old: Design on Stock covers 2/3 of the repair costs
    2 to 3 years old: Design on Stock covers 1/3 of the repair costs
